lies and spies

Taking four history hours is probably not the greatest idea, but interesting to say the least.
I always wonder how the history i am learning differs from the history they are learning over there in the middle east and asia. or even on the east coast.
We all have our reasons for rewriting history, the history of our lives and the history of others. Sometimes its because we need to provide ourselves alibis. and sometimes we want to hurt someone who has hurt us. and then there are times we just want to spare ourselves the embarrassment of our own past. so what is history anyways? but just a set of lies agreed upon.
